Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily work activities to meet production or service targets.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to operational policies and safety procedures.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward goals.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste or downtime.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve operational problems or customer complaints promptly.

Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, HR, maintenance, finance) to ensure coordinated operations.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and team progress.
• Support management in developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Resource Management

• Manage inventory, equipment, and materials to support operational efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control activities.
