JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management plus strong knowledge of operational processes, risks and controls.
• Experience project management, policy governance, and business continuity is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing governance and monitoring of the Operational Resilience framework.
• Provide support across other areas within Resilience Risk — including Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, Incident and Crisis Management — and maintain awareness of Disaster Recovery risk.
• Lead and facilitate engaging sessions to collect feedback, address challenges, and maintain an effective tracking process to manage change initiatives.
• Oversee resilience risk metrics reported by Line 1, identify potential threshold breaches, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Create and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions as needed, and monitor attendance, ensuring follow-up with any non-attendees.
