Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dynamic Medical Virtual Scribe Manager to lead and oversee a team of medical scribes who support healthcare providers with real-time clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical scribing, HIPAA compliance, electronic health records (EHRs), excellent leadership skills, and a keen understanding of clinical workflows. This role is vital in ensuring quality documentation, efficient operations, and high satisfaction among both scribes and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with managerial experience handling healthcare or medical scribe accounts, preferably supporting U.S. clients.
• Strong familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and EHR systems
• Experience managing teams in a healthcare BPO or clinical support setting.
• Willingness to work onsite at our office in McKinley, Taguig
• Willing to work the night shift
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while ensuring quality and compliance.
