1. Community Refined Operation: According to the platform development strategy and community positioning, independently plan, coordinate and implement the cybertribe operations plan, including community activities, daily content operations, etc., to expand the community user scale, and drive user engagement rate and loyalty;

2. Community user management: According to the platform user label, combined with the community user behavior, through different channels/platforms/community accounts differentiated positioning and information delivery, to achieve fine user stratification operation and improve user conversion rate;

3. Data Analysis and Feedback: Regularly monitor community data (new addition, activity, retention, conversion, etc.), evaluate operational effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions
