As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring business and customer outcomes are achieved. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical aspects of New Zealand niche applications, projects and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, while providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator and possesses a deep understanding of technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in technical/software development with exposure to modern tools (e.g., .NET, Java, React, Angular).
• Strong in process analysis, requirements gathering, and creating technical docs (flow diagrams, UI mockups, wireframes).
• Proficient in APIs, application support, RDBMS (MongoDB, Oracle/MS SQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Continuously upskilling, SME-level contributor; interest in design/usability and insurance industry experience is an advantage.
