the Calculation Application Support Engineer will assure a determining role in supporting, setting up, deploying and upgrading Calculation Application software and related components for all customers worldwide starting with DEO / GDP platforms and Export laboratories located in Fast Growing markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
• Ability to understand the business constraints
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
• Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members
• Capacity of problem analysis, capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated  
• Good interpersonal skills, intercultural
• Intermediate Technical Skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB
• Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged)
• Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools
• Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus    
• Learning on the fly
• Customer oriented and good teamwork
