Business Panel Associate

Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

₱18,000 per month

Scope of work:

- Generating quality & relevant leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, cold calls, referral system, etc.

- Checking, cleaning up, and monitoring leads and panel members in ZBPM

- Work with IT Manager on new implementations in ZBPM and updating new fields to pre-screen members (e.g. new fields to filter companies based on brand use, services, types of studies participated in, DM role)

- Ensuring business panel members are not burnt/over-recruited/ignored/not incentivized monetarily or through content/informative events

- Regular business panel engagement - writing and publishing content/highlights from studies they participated in via Z Campaign, organizing quarterly webinars, sending out privacy notice info

- Coming up with ideas and innovations to maintain business panel health or the manage business panel members

- Sending out invite to panel for upcoming studies

- Incentive management - scheduling payout, monitoring availments, coordinating with Operations team for the payouts, researching new incentivization or gamification methods

- Lead gen innovation - research and test tools to continually build and grow leads for the B2B panel locally and internationally

- What the BP Associate will NOT do: Research recruitment, field research, CATI survey, etc.

- Must be able to communicate well in written and verbal English

- If WFH: Must have a good Internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) and must have own functioning laptop

- Must be techy, social media savvy, and a quick learner

- Resourceful, innovative and self-starter: must be able to utilize the channels available to source quality leads and discover other channels / platforms relevant to her work 

- Must be comfortable talking to people (entry level to Executives)

- PC / machine, good headset, Internet
