- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Educate customers about product features, services, and promotions to enhance their experience and drive sales.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any operational challenges.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: at least 6 months BPO experience in any international voice account
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service, and people skills; proficiency in technical tasks.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment requiring adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
