ROLE: Operations Executive - E-Commerce*

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salary: RM 4,500 - RM5,000

Language: English - Malay

Work Hour: Monday Friday (8am – 5pm)

Education: Diploma or Degree

Joining Date: ASAP

Department: E-Commerce / Digital Operations, report to E-Commerce Manager / Head of Online Business

Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management, prefer candidates from cosmetics Industry.


About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role involves coordinating product listings, promotions, stock management, order fulfillment, and performance reporting to ensure smooth and profitable e-commerce operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Upload and update product listings, pricing, and content according to platform guidelines.
  • Ensure product availability, accurate inventory levels, and timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor store performance, reviews, and ratings; implement improvements to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Promotion & Campaign Coordination
  • Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
  • Liaise with platform account managers for participation in promotional programs.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.


Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Track inventory movement and manage replenishment based on sales trends.
  • Resolve operational issues related to stock, returns, or order delays.


Performance & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, traffic, and operational KPIs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, margin, and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements in workflow, system automation, and process optimization.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Seller Centre, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfilment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
