Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business course or Marketing
• With knowledge or experience in realty and property development
• Familiar with real estate documentation and processes
• Willing to be assigned at Santa Rosa office

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in real estate, property development, and construction processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Attention to detail and good filing skills
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

• Basic marketing and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office and administrative tasks
• Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate and development documents
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, suppliers, and contractors
• Support marketing activities related to realty projects
• Handle inquiries and assist in property-related concerns
• Monitor and file contracts, permits, and project-related records
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
