Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
Manage and handle cash on a daily basis
Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.
Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.

Must be a College Graduate
2 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/ aesthetic field
Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
