Job Description:

- ordering kitchen equipments and managing vendors for new stores

- purchasing necessary items for technical operations and managing purchase orders

- managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries

- oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms

- scouting for prospective space for lease

- review and analyze the lease proposals

- negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands

- achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies

- monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal

- arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts

Job Qualification:

- preferably bachelors degree holder

- Atleat 3 years experience

- 20 to 40 years old

- can work with minimal supervision

- can do multitask
