IBM is looking for a highly skilled Senior Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in billing or order-to-cash, and proficiency with ERP systems—this role is for you.

• Night Shift | Monday–Friday
• Target Start Date: November 30

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Billing activities

• Generate invoices based on completed orders

• Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure timely invoice delivery to customers

• Participate in monthly AR meetings (On-Account & Suspense Accounts)

• Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs)

• Collaborate with internal teams to support billing accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years experience in Billing / Order-to-Cash

• Hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or any large-scale ERP

• Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Technohub, QC

• Amenable to night shift schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• ₱31,000 – ₱36,000 basic salary

• ₱2,125 allowances

• Weekends off (Monday–Friday schedule)
