We are looking for a Chinese Translator/Executive Support to assist in meeting the communication needs of our leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and culturally appropriate translation of key documents, business communications, and real-time interpretations between Mandarin and English, thereby bridging the communication gap between the local team and our foreign counterparts.

• Provide oral interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and other real-time interactions involving Chinese and Filipino/English-speaking staff.
• Translate business documents, emails, reports, operational SOPs, and memos from Mandarin to English and vice versa with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and internal documentation in both Chinese and English.
• Facilitate smooth communication between Philippine-based staff and China-based management or counterparts.
• Help management understand local context, business culture, and nuances through clear, professional interpretation.
• Support ad-hoc requests and cross-functional collaboration involving translation needs.
