• Patient Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding their surgical procedure, specifically focusing on the implants required.

• Clearly communicate the costs associated with the implants and the overall procedure.

• Educate patients on their payment options, assist with financial arrangements, and ensure all pre-operative payments (appraisals) are collected in a timely manner.

• Works directly with the surgical team.

• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and patient information.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, or a related field is an advantage - but not limited to
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in patient management and data tracking.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
