Keterangan Kerja
- Order Placement: Manage the ordering process from Franchisee, ensuring timely and accurate placement of orders is observed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, and other items, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with Franchisee communicating order specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules, and resolving any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Order Tracking and Receiving: Track order status and delivery schedules, coordinate receipt of deliveries with Franchisee and verify the accuracy and quality of received items against purchase orders.
- Creates account receivable report and and submits to Finance and Accounting for recording and disbursement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with commissary staff, heads, franchisee personnel and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of ordering processes and alignment with operational goals and priorities.
