As a Product Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for patients regarding the Prima Card, ensuring a seamless and efficient clinic experience. Your role includes assisting patients with inquiries, processing payments, verifying patient information, and managing clinic services related to Prima. You will also be responsible for endorsing Prima members, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service and support for the Prima product.

• Process payments and verify patient information for accurate transactions
• Endorse Prima members for proper queuing when availing of clinic services
• Prepare and submit reports related to Prima and other clinic products
• Follow up with patients after their procedures to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act
