  • Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Demonstrate product functionality and explain how it addresses specific customer pain points.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations, training, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Conduct product research and stay up-to-date on new products or updates.
  • Offer post-sale support and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and sales leads.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a sales, consulting, or customer-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product functionality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel or meet with clients as required.
