SUPERVISION OF INTERNAL ADMIN PROCESSES

  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completion of work processes
  • Ensures that functions of sales assistants are properly and efficiently performed - daily routines and reports.
  • Monitor progress of P.Os and RTVs
  • Coordinate with other departments with regards to operational needs and issues of assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and Ensure complete replenishment of concession outlets (for concess only)
  • Spot checking of correct inventory records being submitted by Merchandising Team
  • Approver of promodisers' requests for deliveries (for concess only)
  • Approver of letter and inventory of transfer for pull out of stocks (for concess only)


CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Attend to inquiries and requests from head offices of the assigned accounts.
  • Ensures that assigned accounts are well informed about product developments, price changes and other necessary processes involving daily transactions
  • Preparation of documents for sampling of new products once PIS is released and product is available.
  • Follow up re-orders of unserved P.Os
  • Follow up approval of new products
  • Attend to concerns and requests of customers
  • Negotiate operational issues with both internal and external customers


PREPARATION OF SALES REPORTS

  • Prepare and Analyze Monthly Reports of assigned accounts - Amounts, Itemized sales and Undelivered Orders - Per store
  • Can generate necessary sales reports as required by customers and immediate head
  • Discuss timely recommendations with immediate head to improve departmental processes.


WORKS WITH MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR OR COORDINATORS

  • Stock allocations and Inventory Concerns
  • Thorough coordination with team to help the stores in achieving their sales target


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education level – College Graduate of business course
  • Experience – At least 2 years of supervisory role, Experience in retail business processes
  • Specific skills – Proficiency in using Microsoft application, analytical thinker, Good in documentation and written communication skills
  • Personal characteristics – Keen attention to details, Organized and Systematic
