Position Summary:

As a Sales Designer, you will combine your passion for design with your ability to connect with customers. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend furniture and layout solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process. This role is ideal for individuals who are design-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow their career in the furniture and interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via virtual consultations.
• Understand client needs and present suitable furniture solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and manage order documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain product knowledge of all furniture lines, materials, and custom options.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
• Support showroom maintenance and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
• Open for Fresh Graduates of Interior Design
• Passion for design, furniture, and creating beautiful living spaces.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn design software and sales systems.
• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
