The Warehouseman / Packer is responsible for assisting in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching merchandise. The role ensures smooth warehouse workflow, accurate inventory handling, and proper preparation of items for delivery or shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming merchandise; verify quantity and quality.
• Weigh and count items; check for damages or defects.
• Retrieve items from storage and prepare orders based on pick lists or delivery instructions.
• Pack and label items properly for shipping or dispatch.
• Move outgoing merchandise to dispatch area and secure items in delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound transactions.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, carts, or lift equipment).
• Organize and store merchandise following warehouse layout standards.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock checking.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• Preferred: 1 year warehouse experience (Lazada, Shopee, J&T, logistics, fulfillment, or similar settings).
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow.
• Can follow instructions, work fast-paced, and meet daily targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
