We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on META and TikTok.
• Align campaign strategies with goals such as sales, leads, or brand awareness.
• Manage pixel tracking, events, and audience targeting.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze results using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare clear performance reports and communicate updates to clients.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure effective ad execution.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running META and TikTok campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking, audiences, and A/B testing
• Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
