The Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to buildings, walls, and structures. Ensures quality, neatness, and durability of paintwork according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint.
• Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Repair cracks, holes, or damages before painting.
• Ensure all painting work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With proven experience as a painter (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and color mixing.
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site or in field assignments.
