We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support our legal and administrative operations. The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, as well as conducting research and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team, manage organized documentation and case files, and communicate effectively with clients and external partners. This position may require occasional fieldwork for title transfers, stock transfers, business applications, or client meetings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and gather information to support ongoing cases and transactions.
  • Provide administrative assistance to legal teams, including scheduling meetings and managing records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory processes.
  • Create and maintain organized legal files and records, ensuring adherence to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding legal documentation and status updates.
  • Perform fieldwork as needed for title transfers, stock transfers, and related legal tasks.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a legal support or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in litigation support, compliance, and documentation management.
  • Traits: Highly organized, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all legal matters.
  • Work Setup: Primarily office-based with potential for remote work; standard office hours with occasional overtime as needed.
