  • Bake cream puffs, cakes, custard, and other baked to goods to perfection.
  • Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently to meet production timelines

  • Proven experience as a baker or relevant role in a bakery/pastry shop.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work early mornings and long shifts.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and method
