Baking Duties:

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked products.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies; coordinate with suppliers when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle daily store reports such as sales, inventory, and production logs.
• Assist with scheduling staff shifts and monitoring attendance.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash transactions.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries through phone, email, or social media.
• Support HR tasks such as filing employee records, tracking leaves, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with management regarding store needs, promotions, and events.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with at least 1 year of baking experience (but willing to train).
• Graduate of any vocational course in Baking/Pastry Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of bakery operations, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace for admin tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player, flexible, and willing to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
