As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Your role will involve gathering employee work hours, calculating wages with various considerations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

• Gather and verify information on hours worked for each employee.
• Calculate correct wages, including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments using computer systems.
• Obtain necessary approvals from upper management for payroll payments.
• Process taxes and employee benefits payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain records of hour rates, wages, compensation benefits, new hire information, and related data.
• Address payroll-related questions or issues from employees and management promptly.
• Prepare and present payroll reports for upper management, finance, and audit purposes.
• Execute payroll transactions and pay orders through electronic payroll systems.

Role Details:

• Location: Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 3, Brgy Bagong Pag asa Quezon City
• Employment Type: 6 months Project based - (Subject for extension and will earn 5VLs after 6 mos)
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (but still subject to change depending on the business needs).
• Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year work experience
• Proven experience in payroll processing or related roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of relevant tax laws and employee benefit regulations.
