Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while supporting employee inquiries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide support
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless payroll operations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field

Work Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing or HR/finance roles
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Familiarity with labor laws, taxes, and statutory deductions
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
