• Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of payroll and benefits.
• Prepares monthly tax report (BIR 1601C).
• Handles the enrollment/update system records (payroll system).
• Gathers timekeeping and prepares payroll instructions.
• Process Regular Payroll, special payroll, and resigned employee final pay.
• Prepares final pay documents.
• Prepares Master list report.
• And other Ad-hoc reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management or any business courses.
• Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of payroll and benefits.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE standard payroll computation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of timekeeping & payroll and MS Office.
• Willing to work onsite in Binondo Manila.
