• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll function

• Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments

• Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries

• Assist with the integration, centralization, and standardization of the payroll process across the Group

• Accountable for ensuring HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the payroll transactions.

• Ensures the operating manual procedures are reviewed and updated yearly and when necessary.

• Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required

SALARY BUDGET: Php20,000.00 – Php25,000.00 per month

LOCATION: Head Office: 10 Evangelista ave., Santolan, Pasig City

• A graduate of BSBA Human Resource, Financial, Accounting related courses

• With 1-3 years of hospital experiences.

• Can work under minimal supervision

• Responsible, punctual, and efficient

• Willing to render work immediately.
