• Manage the payroll process for employees in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in payroll audits and support with payroll systems upgrades when necessary.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
