Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in payroll or a similar HR job (usually 1-3 years).

With at least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.

Amenable to attend interview

Amenable work on site in SUBIC.

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in payroll systems, covering personal details, salary adjustments, leaves, and deductions.

Review and validate employee timecards or attendance records to guarantee correct payroll calculations.

Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.

Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Utilize HR and payroll software to maintain system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates.
