Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for global employee-related inquiries and manage the general inbox.
  • Handle the full onboarding process, from offers and contracts to the employee's first day.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees based on the people services catalog.
  • Complete regional tasks as required.
  • Manage global security screenings for new hires and renewals.
  • Process HR tasks in Workday, including job changes, terminations, benefits, and promotions.
  • Oversee offboarding, including updating systems and liaising with IT for equipment returns.
  • Handle written communications for employment changes, such as job, benefits, and compensation updates.
  • Advise on leave requests (annual, sickness, statutory, etc.).
  • Administer staff benefits like pension and private health insurance.
  • Support payroll handovers by updating trackers and checking calculations.
  • Ensure new hire information is compliant and follow up on missing documentation.
  • Offer guidance on HR matters like disciplinary actions and absence management or escalate when needed.
  • Assist with annual HR processes like performance reviews, salary updates, and employee surveys.
  • Continuously improve service delivery to employees.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in HR Shared Services or Operations, with some payroll exposure.
  • Experience supporting a global HR team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Adhere to internal security and policy procedures.
