REAL ESTATE:

  • Administrative task including but not limited to encoding, filing, organizing, documentation related to Splendor realty corp.
  • Facilitate payments and communicates with management Splendor concerns
  • Attend meetings/field visits or checking different sites under splendor with proper documentations.

FOOD/COFFEE CARTS

  • Manage Pop Ups & Events - Over all preparations during and before Pop Ups & events (permits, checklist, inventory, purchasing, organizing stocks, preparations and hiring)
  • Generates unique selling propositions, creates engagement-worthy advertisements, emails and promotional structure for marketing (posting on Tik-Tok, Facebook. Instagram and other social media platforms)
  • Responsible for analyzing sales, making sure it's on track with its quotas and goals for food/coffee carts
  • Liaises with third party agencies like suppliers in order to promote food/coffee carts

RETAIL

  • Store visits and proper documentation for items
  • Preparing barcodes, delivery forms, putting price tag and inventory of items.
  • Assist, arrange, organize book courier such LaLa Move ,Grab, J&T for delivery and pick up.

OTHER TASK:

  • Assist buying & selling of various items before, during events (pop-up bazaars)
  • Assist buying & selling of various personal items online thru marketplace, Carousell & etc. - Other task that may assign from time to time

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related course
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capable of managing operation workflows
  • Creative thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Eager and quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Work Place (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and Canva
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
