Main Responsibilities :

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides comprehensive executive, administrative, and operational support to ensure the CEO’s effectiveness in leading a multi-unit hospitality organization. This role manages schedules, communication, key initiatives, and cross-department coordination across dining venues, hotels, and resort operations. High confidentiality, agility, and professionalism are critical to succeed in this role.


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage personal errands, travel, and occasional family-related scheduling within reasonable scope.
  • Maintain CEO’s confidentiality and trust across both corporate and personal matters.
  • Assist the CEO in monitoring property performance, project timelines, and operational follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports from each unit.
  • Assist CEO in tracking execution of strategic initiatives (new openings, renovations, partnerships, vendor negotiations).
  • Coordinate CEO’s involvement in investor meetings, board presentations, and corporate events.
  • Arrange internal/external meetings with owners, partners, government officials, hotel GMs, and key suppliers
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute action points to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate CEO’s attendance for hotel/resort site visits, F&B venue reviews, and hospitality events/expos.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior leadership. hospitality background is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations (hotel, resort, F&B, event management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and presentation software.
  • Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and service-minded personality.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally when required.
