• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including FDA requirements
• Answer patient questions regarding medications and general inquiries
• Handle client transactions, including payments and prescriptions
• Manage front desk reception duties and serving as the first point of contact for patients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
