• As a PHRN - Nonvoice, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare-related services through back-office operations.
• This is a non-voice role that involves reviewing medical documents, validating claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient records and medical claims for completeness and accuracy
• Evaluate medical documentation to support billing, coding, and insurance processes
• Identify inconsistencies or potential fraud in medical records
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA or local data privacy standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation and processing
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as set by the team

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year hospital experience, direct patient care, or experience as a Company/School/Clinic Nurse with Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Must be a graduate of BS Nursing with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• Must not have an ongoing or pending NCLEX application
• Good communication skills
