The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy programs in compliance with state laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and document progress and medical necessity.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to state regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies; complete required compliance and safety trainings.
• Professional Development: Maintain licensure and CPR certification; complete continuing education and attend meetings or trainings.
• Operational Support: Manage time efficiently, meet productivity goals, assist with marketing and workflow improvements, and participate in in-services.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; valid state licensure.
• Experience: Preferably with outpatient physical therapy; proficient in documentation and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and teamwork.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent movement, and good visual/auditory acuity for patient assessment.
