The Picker/Scanner is responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, picking and preparing orders, and ensuring all items are packed, labeled, and moved correctly to the shipping area. This role ensures accuracy, order completeness, and smooth warehouse workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Pack incoming stock, conduct inventory checks, and report shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments.
• Pick orders as assigned and confirm accuracy through pick tickets.
• Seal, tag, and label containers properly before dispatch.
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached to each order.
• Move completed orders to the shipping area.
• Secure containers on pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or straps.
• Load and unload trucks using totes, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Comply with OSHA and all company safety guidelines.
• Help maintain warehouse security and report any irregularities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Essential: At least High School Graduate
• Preferred: With 1 year experience as Picker/Scanner in Lazada, Shopee, J&T, logistics, or any warehouse setting
• Physically fit; can stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of scanning devices and warehouse processes (training provided)
