The Warehouse Picker supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking PICKUP COFFEE store orders using a scanner app/device, ensuring inventory accuracy, and assisting in the timely preparation and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders according to the picking list and purchase order.
• Ensure items picked are correct by conducting checks on quantity and quality.
• Place all picked items on a cart and endorse the cart to the QA for checking and wrapping.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization in the warehouse.
• Follow standard safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Picker, Packer, or similar role preferred.
• Experience using a handheld scanner and warehouse management system.
• Familiarity with inventory software and order processing systems
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
