Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Setting up plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and appliances in new or existing buildings. 
• Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. 
• Repair: Identifying and fixing problems like leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures in water, drainage, and gas lines. 
• System Inspection: Inspecting plumbing to ensure it meets safety regulations and building codes. 
• Blueprints and Layouts: Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the most efficient and correct plumbing layouts for installation. 
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with water pressure, temperature, and drainage to find and solve problems. 
• Customer Service: Communicating with clients, providing estimates, and addressing concerns effectively. 
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of tasks performed, time spent, and supplies used.
