Troubleshoots line equipment, performs line equipment calibrations and repairs, performs routine maintenance on a variety of line production equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to restore equipment to proper operating standards, makes verbal or written reports to supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set-up, troubleshoot machine / equipment. Tools based on production schedule.

2. Calibrates machine / equipment / tools with correct parameters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.

3. Attains target uptime per machine.

4. Guides production personnel on proper and correct machine operations.

5. Performs periodic preventive maintenance to ensure consistent performance with high degree of productivity and reliability.

6. Support process engineers (PE), Quality Control and production personnel during materials and engineering evaluations.
