As an Appointment Setter, you ensure efficient business operations by carrying out campaign-driven workloads within the LMS and other supporting systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of excellent and efficient operations and the achievement of performance targets. 

Responsibilities: 

• Achieves agreed KPI Targets on following Campaigns as required: 

New Customer Acquisition                             

Outbound Appointment Setting 

Outbound Cold Calling   

• Ensures high-quality customer service in adherence to company standards.                                    
• Maintains the highest level when executing outbound communications, including email and phone
• Ensures proper channels of reporting are followed when testing system functionality. 
• Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity      

Secondary and Adhoc Duties:          

• Maintains product knowledge and keeps abreast of any changes to company policies, systems, and processes.   
• Takes personal responsibility to develop self and seeks further training, knowledge and skills that may be required to meet the ongoing requirements of the position.                 
• Maintains a professional standard of dress code and behaviour.      
• Works in accordance with the minimum set standard of work hours.             
• Adheres to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
