• Design and development: Create new or modify existing processes and equipment to convert raw materials into final products.
• Optimization: Improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of production processes.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve issues that arise during production.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process manuals and reports.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to safety standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines. 

Job Qualifications:

Essential

• Preferably graduate of Engineering course (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial)
• Experience on Project management
• Statistical and Analytical Competence
• MS Applications ,Word, PPT, Excel (Pivot table) proficient
• Good communication skills
• With at least 5 years experience in manufacturing set up either as Technical or Managerial

Desirable/Preferable: 

• Licensed Chemical Engineer or Industrial Engineer
• Six Sigma certified
• Preferably worked in a multinational manufacturing firm
