• Identify and monitor bidding opportunities for government projects relevant to the
• company’s services.
• Manage the end-to-end bidding process in compliance with RA 9184 and its
• Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
• Prepare, review, and submit bidding documents, eligibility requirements, and
• financial/technical proposals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to gather accurate
• project data for bids.
• Represent the company in pre-bid conferences, bid openings, clarifications, and post-
• qualification proceedings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, BAC (Bids and Awards
• Committee), and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all procurement and bidding activities are properly documented for audit and
• compliance.
• Track and report the status of bids, awards, and contract negotiations.
• Support contract signing and turnover to project implementation teams once awarded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or
• related field.
• Proven experience in government bidding/procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and related
• regulations.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and compliance skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple bid opportunities
• simultaneously.

Salary:

55,000.00-70,000.00 / Month - Mid Level

Working Schedule: M-F (9am-6pm)
