Develop, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual agreements to optimize value.
Conduct vendor onboarding, qualification, and periodic performance evaluations.
Ensure suppliers comply with company requirements, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align supplier capabilities.
Manage vendor databases, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality discrepancies, and service disputes.
Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and vendor performance dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in vendor management and procurement processes.

Syarat-syarat

Has a bachelor's degree in any related field.
We are open to experienced candidates.
Has knowledge in the accreditation process.
Familiar with procurement systems.
