Description

• Forecasting levels of demand of supplies to meet the company needs & keeping a constant check on stock levels.
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules & quality.
• Conducting follow-ups and coordinating requested items to the supplier.
• Maintains the profile record of the supplier.
• Identifying potential suppliers and building good relationship with them.
• Evaluating bids and quotations for recommendations based on price and technical factors.
• Responsible in generating Purchase Order & ensures quality of the delivered items by thoroughly checking the items.
• Check all requested items of inventory staff.
• Conduct visit to Marilao twice a week for inventory audit.
• Assist in liaising particular bank transaction.
• Oversee inventory and liaison staff on their day to day transaction.
• Complies with all policies and procedures of the company.
• Carry out other duties with his knowledge and capacity as required by the COO/CEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related course
• With valid Driver’s License
