• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project scope, deliverables, and changes.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation, perform inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project reports.
• Participate in project close-out, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed).
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC design, project coordination, or engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
