Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen appliance product portfolio, including SKU planning and lifecycle management.
• Build product roadmap; conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Support product launches and marketing activities; prepare sales tools and product training.
• Monitor OPSI (order–purchase–sales–inventory) to ensure stock availability.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out performance, pricing, margin, and profitability.
• Develop dealer offers, promotions, and rebate simulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for product execution.
• Prepare regular business reports and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in kitchen appliances / home appliances / consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of product management, OPSI, pricing, and P&L concepts.
• Skilled in sales analysis, market research, and dealer program planning.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; results-oriented.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin/Tagalog is a plus).
• Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
