The Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles. The role sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate revenues for the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

● Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product; Helps Sales in crafting proposals/solution offering and close deals.

● Product SME – Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations with Sales

● Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product – defines pricing and offering, draws the product roadmap and innovations.

● Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affect PnL.

●Marketing and lead generation – Positions the product in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral – product decks and sales materials.

● Expansion of product portfolio – launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for the company.

● Partner Management – Manages 3rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product

● Equips the Sales team through Product Training

● Leads product strategy, GTM

Requirements:

○ Education – Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines

○ Related Experience – Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management

○ Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing

○ Exposure on IT related product/services

○ Must have Salesforce experience and Go-to-Market expertise

○ Skills – Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office

○ Soft Skills:

○ Above average communication skills

○ Excellent customer service

○ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ○ Able to work independently and in a team environment

Work Setup: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig (on-site twice a week)
